It may be convinient to download, unpack, execute a new Eclipse milestone and get all plugin stuff from the old Eclipse intallation.

And … it works. You have to use File > Import > Install > From Existing Installation and there comes updates of installed plugins automaticaly.

My Keppler installation gets the stuff from the older Juno installation.
